swumade started off as a creative outlet that quickly turned into a passion project.

As a mechanical engineer turned program manager working in the tech startup industry, I often struggled with finding a work-life balance and dedicating energy towards hobbies after long work days. While I enjoy the work I do and feel deeply grateful for the opportunities I’ve had, I am most recharged and in my element when exploring my creative side and making things.

Content creation has given me a space to keep exploring, playing, and trying new things—a reminder that creativity doesn’t have to be perfect to be worth pursuing.
